1. Your timber furniture looks beautiful!! How do I place an order?
Thank you for your interest. Placing an order with us is easy…. Just call Ian on 0466 977 710 to discuss your design needs and timeframes.
We will then issue you a contract which you will nedd to review, accept and sign off on. Once a deposit has been made, work commences immediately on creating your design to your specifications.
2. Do I need to pay a deposit? When will the final payment be due?
Yes a 10% deposit is required prior to any work commencing. The final payment (balance) is payable upon delivery or collection of your masterpiece.
3. I can’t wait to see my new custom designed piece!! How long does it take to make?
It varies the time frame will depend on the exact nature of the order an complexity of the unit. Here at Australian Heirloom Timber we pride ourselves on adhering to deadlines – so once we have given you a time frame we will deliver on time if not before.
We have found that the majority of people do not mind waiting a few weeks to own the meticulously handcrafted furniture we create.
4. Does the size of the furniture matter?
NO!! Most timber slab are pre cut to suit the majority of tables / bench tops etc. For custom made pieces specialist cutting will be performed with a little longer preparation time but Australian Heirloom Timber will cut to any size you require.
5. What type of timber do you use?
We use our own sustainably grown timber harvested from the mid north coast of Australia. The actual type of timber is entirely up to you. We offer a wide variety of different timbers, depending on your exact use and colour requirements of your piece of furniture.
7. Do you have a showroom?
No we don’t have a dedicated showroom, what we have are a number of display venues. These venues showcase a variety of our different products, thus keeping our overheads low and our prices down.
